Mehrere Lehrkr\u00e4fte haben dazu eine spezielle Ausbildung absolviert und sind nun qualifiziert, diese Methode im Schulalltag anzuwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <em>No Blame Approach<\/em> ist ein l\u00f6sungsorientierter Ansatz im Umgang mit Mobbing. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht die Suche nach Schuldigen, sondern die schnelle und nachhaltige Verbesserung der Situation f\u00fcr betroffene Sch\u00fcler:innen.
